She founded a startup named Custom Bra Co. Aleah currently works for Jobs for America’s Graduates as a Marketing Consultant. In her spare time, Aleah loves to practice yoga, thrift shop, and build personal and business websites.We discuss topics including:  Generational Difference, Gen Z, Millenials, and Labels, What Aleah values in an employer, and how the entrepreneurial spirit is a business advantage.  We also cover the controversial topic of Taylor Swift and dogs in the house.  Rebel HR is a podcast for HR professionals who are ready to make some disruption in the world of work.
