Laura Staples is the Head of People and Culture at Laminex in Australia. But more importantly than that Laura Staples is a "Why Not?" person which is rare and hard to find. She wants to make stuff, break stuff (if she has to) and build a safer better culture for everyone to be a part of. And if she's told she can't do that or she has an idea that's never been tried before, her mindset goes straight to "Why Not"? and for those fortunate enough to work with her and her endless enthusiasm and energy, that makes all the difference.
