He also served as a Senior Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, where he spearheaded the implementation of the National Mortgage Settlement. Marcel has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage operations, regulation, and policy oversight, working closely with industry stakeholders, federal agencies and federal and state government policymakers.
