She started her internal audit career with Motorola, then moved into consulting with Protiviti. She has spent the last 20 years serving in City, Native and County government. Modelski holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in education from Northern Arizona University. Modelski has been an advocate for educating on the topic of what internal audit is and can do for an organization.
