What this episode covers

Dr. Bourgeois and Mr. Miller lament sitting through 25 years of faculty meetings. While noting a few bright spots, they delve into the tension between teachers' valuable time and information that "must" be shared right after school . . . with the entire staff . . . in the cafeteria . . . when everyone is tired and just wants to go home.
