Episode 5: Ryan Gauthier - Flight Instructor & Owner Operator of Action Multi Ratings

from Time in Flight · host Hunter Bevis

In this exciting episode, I get to interview the Owner of Action Multi Ratings after completing my Multi-engine check ride in Groton, CT. Ryan Gauthier describes the motivations that first got him into flying and how his passion lead him to seek out an aviation education at a university in Florida. From there he describes the series of events that eventually lead him to become a flight instructor back at his home town in Groton. From there Ryan discusses how he eventually came to own the flight school and how it has continued to grow, while under his management. He provides insight on how someone can still be passionate about aviation, even if it is on a different path than to be a pilot for a major airline.
