Episode #5: The Dissertation Proposal Defense

Dennis had a chance this past week to attend the dissertation proposal defenses of two other IT students: Tom Hammond and Diallo Sessoms. He talks briefly about each experience, noting the differences and similarities. Diallo also joins the conversation again to discuss his thoughts on the proposal defense. A link to information about conducting research for education (http://www.virginia.edu/vprgs/irb/sbs_help_education.html) is mentioned toward the end of the podcast.
