Episode 5 with Daniel Hooper

One of my goals this year is to reach out to professionals around the world to broaden my Pro Series and learn more about design and home value in their areas. I want to learn about design trends and get even more advice to help home owners everywhere on remodeling their homes to raise their home value. . . . Daniel is entrepreneur from Brisbane, Australia. Him and his wife started renovating homes around 2016 with absolutely no experience. They pumped out 5-6 cosmetic renovations where they would quickly renovate these homes in 4 weeks and have in back on the market right away. (Many of these renovations are on his page). . . . After that they grew into large developments which was mostly land sub-divisions. From their Daniel started One Percent Property, which is a real estate agency in Brisbane.
