Michael Dudikoff is Joe Armstrong, an amnesiac loner in the US Marines who finds himself ostracized and framed for theft of military property. His only allies are Patricia Hickock, daughter of the base commander and his captain Curtis Jackson. His enemies: corrupt officials, drug lords and the mysterious Black Star Ninjas.
