Episode 50 - Decisions Decisions

Hello and welcome back for episode 50!!!! Today's topic is: Change IS as EASY as making a decision! I am sure that there are some... perhaps many, that would beg to differ! The simple truth is that it is honestly that easy! Once we make the decision, we are FINALLY able to start moving in a forward direction and gain momentum which will allow us to see the change through! Think about it! Have you say ever considered leaving a job for a different or better opportunity but were faced with some uncertainty on whether to do so or how to take action? Or perhaps you struggled with the idea of leaving a relationship? Then... you made the decision! In that moment, you feel SO incredibly certain! You know, that despite the emotions attached to the situation, that you have made the right choice and move forward by taking action! It is the same with any kind of change we want to inflict in our lives! It is as simple as making the choice... making a decision!
