Episode 50: Edhoculi

Pittsburgh metal masters in band  @edhochulitheband  took time out of their busy schedules to sit down and talk with me, on Episode 50 of the Distorted Dialogue Podcast. We discussed their 2024 album, Highlander and what went into making it. With members spread between both Nashville and Pittsburgh, I wanted to find out how they got such a tight sound, being so spread out, to which they credit their honesty between members. I only met with Ben Jones and Dave Varney, but I am catching Edhochuli live in 3 days, at The Descendents of Crom festival, held annually in Pittsburgh, showing off the best of the regions talent, and as you can see, Edhochuli is part of those greats. Maybe, I can get the whole crew this time? A mix of punk and hardcore, mixed with metal and a whole bunch of passion, Ben mentions that seeing this live is even better than their albums, which I find phenomenal. An eclectic sound, with 2 drummers driving this machine forward, that just shows the amount of sound they have!
