Episode 50 Featuring Fiona Carter

Send us Fan MailOn our 50th Episode we celebrate this milestone with Agegroup Multisport athlete Fiona Carter who has represented Great Britain in duathlon.  She won a gold medal at the English standard distance duathlon in Yorkshire in April and qualified to run with an England vest at the 10k at Bourton-on-the-Water at the end of February. She will be racing in Denmark at the middle distance duathlon world championships.Based in the Cotswolds, Fiona has also set up a charity, Cass & Friends which she set up after realising how expensive it is to compete nationally and internationally, it  helps talented youngsters aged 12 to 18 in and around the county to realise their sporting dreams. The charity, which was formed in 2015 and has the support of top names in the world of sport such as Nikki Bartlett and Eddie Edwards.
