** TIME TO CELEBRATE **   Since I started in May 2020 the podcast has now been listened to and watched over 10 thousand times! I had a strong vision for what I wanted to create and I'm pleased to say I have stayed true to my initial plan.   Having said that it still blows my mind at the standard of guests that I have managed to attract to host and bring to you each week. Inspirational stories, experts in their field, and diverse conversations about leadership.   Some highlights can be seen via the NEW website below   www.leadershipwhatsonyourmind.com   THIS WEEK = MY DAD My Dad is now enjoying retirement from a long career with some of the big name companies in the UK construction Industry.  From a drawing office apprenticeship in structural steelwork fabrication, he moved on to specialise in the "Building Envelope",  designing roofing, cladding and glazing installations for a wide variety of industrial and commercial projects. He was also  involved with product testing and development as well as the integration of imported construction products into the UK market. In this Podcast I invite him to go down memory lane, recalling his own career and leadership experiences and his thoughts on management styles he has encountered over the years.
