Episode 50: Let’s Talk to a Female Pastor with Kari Maddox

Today we are sharing a recent conversation with Kari Maddox about what it’s really like to be a female pastor. Katy and Kari discuss her recent rise to internet fame due to a series of reels she created addressing women’s leadership roles in the Bible and early church, as well as the push back she’s received. Kari also shares about her ministry journey and misconceptions some people may have when it comes to female pastors. Make sure you listen to our bonus episode Second Service episode with Kari where she addresses how to handle those who believe women pastoring is actually sinful rather than a theological disagreement.
