People outside of our industry may not understand that while we are so excited to have our partner back, the practicalities of life continue, kids grow and develop and change and we are also changing daily while they are gone.  How do you navigate the transition in, communicate the changes that have occured and plan for the future the best you can so you both can get as much out of this vacation as possible while also pouring into family time?
