Sensei Darryl Vidal is a martial arts practitioner and instructor of different styles. He's teaching the Vidal Kenpo program. I think the more important thing less than the fact that that's what Bruce Lee did was that they're all great systems to offer and mixing them together is very rewarding and practical to some extent. Sensei Darryl Vidal - Episode 508 Having been exposed to Eskrima, a Filipino art of stick fighting, at a young age, Sensei Darryl Vidal developed a fascination with the martial arts. As his brother learned karate, he would also train alongside him that gave him an affinity to it. Sensei Vidal went on to train, participate in competitions, and eventually landing a role in the original Karate Kid movie.
