William Howell, known at camp as Uncle Bill, has been the director of a christian camp for 30 years. We talk about his ministry, particularly with the staff members and his desire to see them grow in the Word of God. I have been greatly blessed as a staff member at Story Book Lodge on the receiving end of Uncle Bill's ministry. We got to explore this ministry in our discussion, including things he has learned, changed, and advice that he would give to others seeking to have a similar ministry in the lives of young people.
