Episode #51: Harness the power of positivity! with Dr. Jeff Cohn and Dr. Mark Lund

from Stand Up for Doctors!

Dr. Jeff Cohn is a Hematology Oncologist by training who developed a special interest in Positive Intelligence. He is now a Leadership and Mental Fitness Coach for physicians and other healthcare professionals, bringing many years of wisdom and experience into all of his interactions! Dr. Mark Lund’s training is as a Pulmonologist. His current company, UpLift Profits, fosters positive change within organizations. Mark harnessed the principles and strategies of his program, “Happiness by Design,” to lift himself out of physician burnout, and he is dedicated to sharing it with others. Mark says that the first part of his career was spent adding years to peoples’ lives, and in the second part he is adding life to peoples’ years! Jeff initiates a discussion surrounding positivity vs. toxic positivity, “getting your hand off the hot stove,” and the sage perspective whereas every challenge or circumstance can be a gift or opportunity…if we choose to look at it that way! Tune in and you will also be delighted to discover which physician is the musician and which one is the magician!
