What I have learned from losing my dad that I’m going to apply into my life when it comes to, not only my choices, decisions, actions and behavior, but also my health and wellness. It hasn’t been easy because the way that it happened so abruptly. But I also wanted to announce that I probably will be taking some time off due to losing my dad. I also wanna just take some time some more the loss of him. I just wanted to do a podcast to honor my dad.
