In some ways, I still AM a people pleaser, but I'm also nothing like the doormat that I used to be! I now know how to say "no", but as long as communications are clear, there can be no misunderstandings. I'm known for being reliable, honest and most of all trustworthy, and I stand proud in that. but not at the cost of mental health.
