Episode 51: Interview with Byron Miller

This week, we're chatting with Byron Miller, who's the managing director and principal of Asset Agents, in the Sunshine Coast. We have a chat to Byron about his background in real estate, how he became an investor at 20 years of age, and we really tease apart the Sunshine Coast Market. We talk about the growth drivers, the arrival of players like Stockland increasing supply, and what the main drivers are for capital growth, with some of their new projects, such as the Airport Expansion and hospitals and that sort of thing. We talk about some opportunities for investors and how to interview a property manager and make sure that you're getting someone looking after your investment the way that it should be done.
