We talk about his experience at the Home Delivery Link conference that was held in Philadelphia, PA and the importance of networking as a business owner. He shares a personal testimony on how giving exceptional service will catapult you to the head of the pack when new opportunities arise. We were also joined by the awesome, awesome, awesome Grace Sharkey who shared about the growth of her Sirius XM radio show that airs Monday through Friday with FreightWaves and how her kickoff show had so much pressure as it was done live at the Mid America Truck Show back in March of 2022. Her rich experiences in domestic truckload also allowed her to share some meaningful advice to new entrants and what they should focus on now that their motor carrier authority has been activated.
