Episode #51: Politics & When to Disengage

In my first podcast after an extended break, I want to set out for consideration that it is time to stop wasting time, energy, frustration, and sanity engaging in meaningless political debate online or in-person.As a model, I use Musonius Rufus was a Roman Philosopher from the 1st century AD. He taught philosophy during the reign of Nero, a horrific ruler.
