Rob Lapin specializes in General Brokerage and Office and Industrial Leasing and has over 18 years of successful experience in sales/marketing, business development, management, operations, and organizational leadership.  Rob’s area of focus is South Carolina with an emphasis on Columbia and its surrounding Central Midlands Region.   In 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007, Rob was recognized as a Central Carolina Realtors Association's “Silver Level” Circle of Excellence Award recipient. He holds a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University and is active in a variety of areas civic and professional organizations.
