Episode 51: RoboCop Franchise

from GBW Podcast · host The Video Graveyard

"Your move, creep." Nowadays 1987's RoboCop is considered a sci-fi/action classic. We thought it was time to revisit the entire franchise and learnt all about the laws of diminishing returns. We also declare that Paul Verhoeven is awesome, Frank Miller needs to stick to writing comics, and Peter Weller is, in fact, the man. (Plus Josh really doesn't like Nancy Allen in these movies). First off we talk about what we've been watching with us both weighing in on The Final Girls and Blair Witch as well as some Cynthia Rothrock, 80's comedy spoofing, and cannibalistic westerns. Plus much more! Thanks for listening! Be sure to head to iTunes to subscribe and drop us a five star rating/review - every little bit helps! Links to all our web stuff at www.gbwpodcast.com
