from The Christy Osoria Show · host Christine Osoria

Born and raised in Honduras until the age of six, Ilbert J  Sanchez moved to New York City not knowing how vastly his life would change.  He quickly learned to navigate his way through new customs and setting his eyes on the American Dream. Ilbert overcame cultural differences and challenges as he excelled in art and design.  After receiving his Bachelor’s of Arts in Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Ilbert realized that in order to achieve his dreams, it would take great risks. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Ilbert embarked on capturing what he felt was the perfect aesthetic for young, ambitious, professionals through launching Garçon Couture with his college roommate and business partner, Jean Gilbert Francillon. With his experience in business coupled with his experiences in leadership, Ilbert lead the strategic work to creating the premier bespoke menswear line for millennial professionals and influencers.  With a headquarters location in Miami, FL complimented by a showroom in New York City, Ilbert has worked with entertainers and stylists all over the world covering multiple industries because of his belief in excellence.  His personal mission of helping young men learn and grow is evident in his various speaking engagements and initiatives with schools all over New York City, New Jersy, and Philadelphia.
