In this episode of the Straight Shootin' View SSLJA discusses VAR & takes aim at those fans and entities constantly blaming the technology for not just poor refereeing decisions, but the grey areas around rules and laws of the game such as the interpretation of the handball rule, enforcement of laws of the game such as yellow cards for diving and more. SSLJA argues that those blaming VAR may not get the purpose of VAR and argues that VAR could be 100% successful, but is being held back by human error and the powers that be in the game (such as broadcasters) want it to stay that way, as they make money from the controversy, but it's holding football in England back.
