In this latest episode, our heroes are visited by writer Amanda Ariele. Amanda just recently self-published her very first book entitled "Speak Now Even if Your Voice Shakes", a book of poetry. This book was a cathartic way for her to deal with bullying, physical and sexual abuse. Amanda wants anyone out there who has suffered through any type of ordeal like she has gone through to know that IT IS OK to SPEAK UP! Talk about it. Let it out!
