Individuals report meeting black-eyed children in various settings, such as parked cars, front doors, or late-night streets. The children typically request something, like asking for a ride, to come inside or for help, and display an urgent need to gain entry or access. Witnesses often report feeling anxiety, strong fear, and an inexplicable sense of danger in these encounters. Those who have let the children in their homes sometimes claim to experience a variety of negative consequences later on.Many skeptics argue that the black-eyed children are merely an urban legend or a modern-day adaptation of folklore tales about demons or vampires.
