Episode #52: Bill Gates, Fake Mate, and Marketing Deception

I am not a vegan fanatic. Although about 80% of my diet is now whole foods, plant-based.  Nor am I a carnivore Keto Diet bro. However, when I heard Bill Gates recently make the statement, “I do think all rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef.” It really fired me up on a number of fronts.Somehow the sweater-vested software engineer has become an expert on COVID, the environment, and now a nutritionist. In this case, he is dead wrong.These synthetic biology companies making fake food by ripping apart the makeup of real food to turn it into something else is dangerous to your health.  These lab concoctions are loaded with chemicals and destroys nearly all the nutritional value of the vegetables that are marketed as making these mutations healthy. If a food is a plant, eat it. If the food is made IN a plant, don't. It really should be this simple.
