BJ Hill, originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, is Senior Vice President of  A&R at Warner Chappell Music. BJ has signed some of your favorite songwriters including Nicolle Gaylon, Jordan Reynolds, Charles Kelley, Dan Smyers (of Dan + Shay) and many more.
