Episode 52: Blake Hanna

Blake Hanna is a 2016 graduate of Covington Catholic and a 2021 graduate of The University of Cincinnati.  Blake is a record-holding swimmer for the Bearcats, a participant of the 2021 NCAA Swimming Championships and just recently returned from Omaha where he competed in both waves of the USA Olympic trails for the 200 meter backstroke, where he finished 13th nationally.   However, Blake's path to the Bearcat competition team wasn't storybook, but the ending is.  He worked his way from the club team to earn his spot on the university team and the rest is history.  This is a story about dedication, perseverance and having the will to do what the other guy won't in order to achieve your dreams.
