Episode 52 [EN] John Liu

It was amazing to have John Liu of Coquille & Scarpetta as well as the more recent Highline come in and talk shop about the food and beverage industry. He gave big shout outs to Austin Hu and Brian Tan both also pillars in the community for helping him get to where he is today. This episode really goes out to all the industry people who felt the passing of Anthony Bourdain and are currently going through difficulties in their lives as well.
