Episode 52: Joe Hamar

Joe Hamar is owner and operator of Dream Works Sugar from Warsaw, Ohio who grew up in Madison, Maine. He has been boiling sap for 20 years now. Joe has learned the art of making maple syrup through trial and error and still continues to find ways to better perfect the craft. Joe is a veteran of the US Army where he served as a 91L Construction Equipment Repairer. He is great friends with Brady Melear who we had the honor to interview on Episode 32.
