Not only is he a great story teller, but the founder and owner of HoldFast Records. We learn how Joe and his wife got started in the industry, the production work he cut his teeth on that gave him the tough skin, yet love for community that he takes with him on his trips to Jamaica. Joe has spent years cultivating relationships in Kingston, away from the safety of the resorts. While not for the faint of heart, with a tumultuous religious and government history, there is also such an important thoroughline of vinyl and music one which people would ‘climb the pole’ for.
