She is a Nurse which is convenient when you have IBD, We talk about Mental Health, Fatigue and stress what comes along with IBD. In Karishhma spare time she likes to do boxing which can relieve stress. A great conversation which offers so much awareness, Karishhma also talks about her story pre diagnosis.
