Episode 52: Time to choose your leader

This week the Conservative party begins the process of choosing their new leader. Many people will be sitting on the sidelines, thinking why can't we have a say, considering this person will become the next Prime Minister? Whilst this is the leader of the Conservative party, it does raise questions about how we recruit leaders for our organisations. Imagine a world where the employees - ordinary people, had a chance to choose their CEO. CEOs would have to pitch to ordinary employees, allowing them to choose the person they want at the helm of their organisation. Imagine what impact this would have on the culture and environment.
