Episode 52 Valkyrie’s Jake Adams stops by, fresh off of their killer set at the Descendents of Crom Festival, this past September. After seeing their performance, I just had too many questions about their sound, I just had to interview them. Here we talk about what makes Valkyrie's sound, what has been keeping motivated, how the band kept going, when his brother Pete left for an extended period to help out their friends in Baroness, and so much more. I had a blast talking to Jake, but not quite as much fun as seeing them live. I was a fan of their 2020 album Fear, but after watching them perform, I was sold. It actually looked like they were having a blast, while churning out some rock and roll, which clearly transitioned to the crowd.
