In a wide ranging discussion, the Council Member discusses his dissent of the recently adopted FY 2019/2020 city budget, the Texas legislature, homelessness, and more. Sworn in on January 6, 2017 to a four year term, Council Member Flannigan represents Austin's Council District 6, encompassing Northwest Austin, including both Travis and Williamson Counties.
