Episode 53 – Interview with Noel Mulkey and his Epic Day at Ironman Tulsa (and KQ!)

In this episode, Colin and Elliot had the pleasure of interviewing Noel Mulkey. Only six years after becoming sober from drug addiction, Noel recently finished his second Ironman at Ironman Tulsa. His 9 hours and 25 minutes finish time earned him a qualification slot at the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii! Noel hopes to show people there is a way out of drug addiction — and life on the other side is well worth the effort. He has gained a huge social media following for his training regiment, fun and outgoing personality, and extremely positive outlook on life.
