Episode 53 - Tashi | Being given up on & left to die...

from The Betar Project · host Nick Betar

This is episode 53 of The Betar Project with special guest Tashi.   From just the age of 5 years old Tashi has been fighting a battle with her Mental Health. From self harming at 7 years old "Just to feel something" or at 18 years old being 27kg with organ failure which doctors then gave up and left her to die as there was "Nothing more they could do for her". Luckily for Tashi her amazing father stepped in and helped her in recovery which yes wasn't all sunshine and rainbows.  Now at the age of 26 Tashi is now learning to actually live life. Now having a job working in a supplement shop, she actually just had her first normal Christmas and she is killing it in the gym which is amazing to see.  I know so many people will be able to relate to this story and struggles which is why I had to get her on. I am so grateful she agreed to come on, as I know it takes a lot of courage to open up and share your story. So thank you so much Tashi, you are amazing and you are going to help a lot of people. You can find Tashi on Instagram under (tashijusttashi) feel free to reach out to her, she is happy to chat.  If you enjoyed this episode please tag this episode in your socials and give a 5 star rating/review on iTunes.Support the showConnect with Nick:Instagram TikTok YouTube
