Last year around this time, we reflected on 2018 and discussed our goals for 2019 (check out Episode 34!). Now that we’ve reached the end of 2019 (and survived it) we go back to the resolutions we set at the beginning of 2019 to see how we’ve tracked against those goals. We discuss our continued focus on mental health and self-awareness, our revelations about what defines success for us, habits we wish to break -- but also, answer questions like, did Mel find love? How did dry Janet do? Did Helen achieve her pull-up?!
