In Episode 53 – How Are You?, we talked about the way that the COVID crisis has been impacting Arcade and our business model (in short – being a company who focuses on bringing people together in a classroom and playing games together is a little rough right now!) In Episode 54, we’re talking about how we decided to pivot. The pivot is an essential tool of any successful business. In short, something stops working, and you find a way to reinvent what you do that (hopefully) addresses whatever wasn’t working. In this episode, we’re working through the process of our pivot to marketing our Project Coaching program.
