Episode 54 - Clear Identity: The Church and the Cultural Moment

How do we hear the voice of Jesus clearly speak our identity over us in a culture cluttered with competing voices? Lead Student Minister Adam Herndon and Executive Minister David Meyer have a conversation overviewing the current student Gathering series entitled Clear Identity. This series will be every Wednesday night in October at every campus. It will conclude on October 25 when the current cultural identites of gender and sexuality will be discussed. All families have received resources and can reach out to their campus student minister for other resources or support your family may need as you navigate conversations related to identity. Bottom line: Our identity must be fully formed by Jesus, not by what we decide it is or what others say, or what we have, or what we do. This is true freedom for the next generation and for all of us.
