A certified Coach through Bridgequest (2000-2002), I’ve been coaching clients for 22 years. Though trained in a CBT model, I incorporated the Enneagram and then IFS in 2018. An International Enneagram Association accredited professional, I have also completed 325 hours of IFS training and Supervised practice through both the IFS Institute and the IFS Counseling Association. A former Rabbi and now a non-religion-specific Certified Spiritual Director. My focus is grief, difficult life transitions, religious trauma and “small t” trauma.
