Rodney was the Director of Education at NASM, went on to be a co-founder at PTA Global (with Michol Dalcourt, Ian O’Dwyer, Bobby Capuccio,  Scott Hopson, and Richard Boyd), he then co-founded Feel SOMA with his mate Ian O’Dwyer, and now holds the role at Eleiko as Director of education.Rodney shares the origin story of the brand that is Eleiko, a name in strength and conditioning that is associated with the highest level of quality since 1957 (In that time Eleiko barbells have been used to break over 1000 world records!) He also goes into the programs Eleiko has developed for their online, and in person offerings, and their educational experiences. He discusses the thought processes and principles that he uses when creating programs for individuals, and when building and delivering courses for elevating the skill sets of trainers, and coaches globally.
