Now, I need to advise that George is an accountant, not a financial advisor, so any advice we've got here, is just general in nature, but we hear some great stories from George about his financial literacy education as an 8-year-old and an interesting way that his father taught him the value of patience and money, and George gives us some great insights into doing the due diligence on an investment property like an accountant.
