Episode 54: Personal Growth Through Spiritual Transformation with Jean Walters

from Live Authentically Podcast with Pamela Savino · host Pamela Savino / Jean Walters

With so much anger, fear and anxiety in our world today, wouldn’t it be wonderful to tune all that stuff out and live in a space of peace and gratitude? Today’s guest, Jean Walters definitely thinks so!Jean is a personal growth consultant, author, teacher and lecturer. She also gives Akashic readings and has been at the forefront of the personal development world for over 30 years. Through her work, she pushes people to question everything and move toward a path of truth and gratitude. Finding a Personal TruthJean wasn’t always living in an authentic space. Growing up with an extremely anxious mother, she was raised in an environment of fear and unrest. Like most of us, she lived life as she thought she was supposed to. Get married, have a family, get a job, etc… It wasn’t until she was in her late 20s that she discovered she didn’t need to live the way she’d been told. Life is a personal journey. It was during this epiphany that she decided to learn more about spirituality and metaphysics. Combined with her natural teaching abilities, Jean was able to carve a niche for herself as a teacher of self-empowerment and truth. With over 30 years of experience, she is now a leading force in her industry. Akashic ReadingIn addition to her consulting work, Jean also gives Akashic readings. Akashic is a Sanskrit word meaning “mind substance” and involves tuning in to the right frequency of the person’s subconscious mind. What can one accomplish from having an Akashic reading? Anything from discovering traits from a past life or seeing the progress of your personal growth journey. The possibilities are endless!Words of WisdomFor those of you who feel stuck, fearful, anxious or just exhausted with life’s challenges, Jean has plenty of wisdom to go around. She emphasizes the importance of gratitude and how it allows you to move from a mindset of fear to one of love. She also illustrates the importance of lightness and humor, which can get lost in those who study spirituality. It’s okay to laugh. It’s okay to find humor in things. Overall, Jean believes that many of us let life direct us when it should be the other way around. We have the power to choose how we live our lives. Are you ready to work with Jean? Visit her website to learn more about her services and readings.
