Katrina Batey is a parent coach and consultant for parents of children with anxiety. She has two daughters, one of whom has an anxiety disorder called selective mutism. She is a trained provider of the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) treatment, a parent-led intervention for children and adolescents with anxiety, as well as a consultant of the Goulding method, a gentle technique to soothe a child's nervous system and build connection in their sleep.
