In the age of social media, we hear terms such as hate like.  What does hate like mean, exactly?   Well, I think it means pretending to like something someone else has done/achieved but deep inside you feel jealousy/envy or even anger towards them.  So you hit the like button or send the congratulatory text, but you aren’t truly happy for them. But the hate like robs you of joy, fulfillment, connection and relationships. Not sure if you are a hate liker?  The best way to know for sure is to monitor how you feel when others succeed.  Does it awaken your inner critic, or do you genuinely celebrate for them?  Does their success inspire you to dream of new possibilities, or does it drive you into a bit of a tornado of negative emotions?
